Tebogo Elijah Sepale an ANC Councillor in ward 25 in Matlosana has been arrested for statutory rape of two teenage boys in Kanana, North West.
He is also charged with crimen injuria after sending his genitals to one of the boys on WhatsApp.
Tebogo Sepale is a pervert who goes around abusing his powers by having sex with men, women, minors Dogs, Donkeys who goes to him to look for employment.
ANC Ward 25 councilor in city of Matlosana municipality, Tebogo Elijah Sepale is also having sex with minors from his church and he’s always recording them.
There’s a video of him with a minor. He also runs a church in Kanana Extention & Calls himself Prophet Elijah.

3rd May 2023 a case of sexual harassment was opened against an ANC Councilor in ward 25 Mr Tebogo Sepale *Kanana* - North West Province.
The ANC Councilor in ward 25 has been consistently demanding sexual favours from community members.
