The National Archives is handing over DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE to Jack Smith that Trump KNEW about the classification process

The National Archives is handing over DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE to Jack Smith that Trump KNEW about the classification process. This proves intent. (Read More Here).

National Archives proves Trump knew he couldn't declassify docs with his mind.

The National Archives is set to hand over 16 records to Special Counsel Jack Smith showing Trump and his close presidential advisers had knowledge of correct declassification process while in office,
according to a CNN exclusive.

Jack Smith already has enough evidence for obstruction of Justice - Trump openly defied a subpoena.

What makes this a likely sign Jack Smith is testing Espionage Act charges is that Smith appears to be systematically defeating Trump’s premise that he declassified everything.

Trump's intent and whether he willfully disregarded what he knew to be clearly established protocols. Crucially, the search warrant explicitly stated the DOJ was investigating "items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071 , or 1519". 18 U.S. Code § 793 is from the Espionage Chapter of Title 18.
18 U.S. Code Chapter 37 - ESPIONAGE”

In a May 16 letter obtained by CNN, acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall writes to Trump, "The 16 records in question all reflect communications involving close presidential advisers, some of them directed to you personally, concerning whether, why, and how you should declassify certain classified records."

There’s no doubt Trump should be charged with the Espionage Act.
