In the main event, KSI will square off against Joe Fournier for the Misfits Boxing cruiserweight title. It will be a six-round exhibition contest. KSI has never lost a pro or exhibition fight, posting a 3-0 record in exhibitions with all wins via knockout. Fournier sports a 9-0, 1 no-contest boxing record with nine knockout wins.
KSI’s brother, Deji, will battle Swarmz in the co-main event. Also, Salt Papi makes his much-anticipated return against MMA veteran Anthony Taylor on the main card.
Fury, whose father, John, had earlier said that a deal for a fight between his son and KSI was close to being agreed, told his rival that the potential contest would be "easy money" for him.
"You are going to sleep in four rounds," he warned. "Sign me up. I cannot wait. You didn't beat a pro boxer tonight. I'm a pro boxer."
The referee didn't see the incident, however, and KSI was duly announced as the winner. He was then joined in the ring by Fury with the two on a collision course for August. KSI said: "I want do this, do what Jake Paul couldn’t and knock you out. I want it this year, I’m hungry. I need it, you’re getting f***ed."
