VIDEO: Outrage as Fans accuse Finesse2tymes of sending his brother to perform for him at his Huntsville show in Alabama

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Outrage as Fans accuse Finesse2tymes of sending his brother to perform for him at his show in Alabama. (Read More Here).

Michelle says her fam is in the process of retaining an attorney -- they've spoken to several since Brandy was pronounced dead on Monday, and aim to retain someone who's high profile ... because the family "has no plans to back down."

Video footage surfaced from the show on Thursday (May 4) night, and people can be heard saying, "That's not him!" in the background. After a man performing Finesse2Tyme's song came out, their entourage demanded that the lights be turned out. The person performing also had a ski mask on his face, but people in the audience were still convinced it wasn't the "Back End" rapper.

Fans were left angry and claimed that Finesse2Tymes sent his brother, who bears a striking resemblance to the rapper, out to impersonate him at the show. This led to Finesse2Tymes addressing the situation on his Instagram Stories, where he stated that due to "unforeseen circumstances," he was unable to perform at the Huntsville show. Finesse also claimed that the person who took the stage was his opening act, and you can hear more of what he had to say in the above video.

Brandy Miller was trampled to death in the chaos that followed the rappers' ill-fated Rochester show earlier this month ... and her sister, Michelle, tells us the family plans to sue Glo and Finesse2tymes, plus the promoters and Main Street Armory.

When TMZ Hip Hop got Finesse in NYC this week, he scoffed at the idea he might be blamed, and flat-out told us he wasn't worried about potential lawsuits.

The Millers believe Brandy's death could have been prevented. They say her brother was at the concert too, watching from a different area ... and, from what he saw, the show was total pandemonium from the very beginning.
