The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has sealed Igbinoba Jennifer’s office, Jenny’s Glow in Abuja.
In a video that surfaced online, officials of the agency were allegedly sealing the office because her range of skincare products are allegedly not registered with the Agency.
It was alleged that she was using a fake NAFDAC registration number to sell her products.
"They found out she generated the NAFDAC number she’s been using and she isn’t approved by the," he said.
This development is coming a few weeks after the beauty entrepreneur had an altercation with one of her clients, who called her out on social media for allegedly selling fake products that damaged her skin.
A lady, Amaka Duru, also known as Amaka Gurl, took to TikTok to call Igbinoba out. She made a video and accused the entrepreneur of selling fake products.
Amaka was allegedly whisked away by policemen from her parent’s house because she called the entrepreneur out.
Igbinoba was later called out by Amaka’s sister for allegedly arresting her sister. She laid curses on the entrepreneur and warned her that nothing must happen to her sister.
Nigerians have taken to social media to react to a video of a man identified as Verydarkman1 on TikTok who claimed the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), a federal agency under the Federal Ministry of Health, has sealed a cosmetics business, Jennys Glow, in Abuja. According to the man, the cosmetics business was sealed after it was discovered that the NAFDAC number being used was not approved by the agency.
