A young tricycle ride popularly known as Keke Ma'uwa Auwal Salisu in Kano state, Nigeria on Saturday returned 10 million CFA and 2 million naira which was belonging to one of his passengers who forgot it inside his tricycle on Thursday.

The owner, Chadian national, Alhaji Ibrahim Barka was on his way for a business trip according him.

This happened after Auwal heard the announcement on radio about the missing money, he took it to the radio station that made the announcement and the owner came for his money.

Auwal told ITrust tv news that, the idea of spending the money never crossed my mind which was why I had to look for the rightful owner because the way my parents brought me up, I can't steal someone's thing', he said.

According to Auwal, he was rewarded N400,000 and his joy knows no bounds as he promised to use it well.
