Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Zinedine Zidane shared a picture of Lionel Messi's left foot on a ball he passed to him on his Instagram page during their interview together.

Leo Messi: “I am not saying this because he is here, but I have said it several times before. Zidane is one of the greatest players in history, and I have always admired and loved him. I used to follow him a lot in Madrid and I also suffered from him a lot because I am from Barcelona. Zidane is elegance, art, magic and everything. I have many memories of him, including his goal against Leverkusen in the Champions League final, his goals against Brazil in the World Cup final, the iconic spinning move he used to do, and the famous Valencia goal.”

Leo Messi: "Even though Zidane didn't wear the number 10 at Real Madrid, he was the number 10 player... The different player.

Zidane and I were touched. We were lucky to be chosen... But apart from that, there is a lot of work. All that journey to try to get what we got."

"I think Zidane and I were always respectful and humble, that was what I was taught at home since I was a kid."

Zidane: "Messi should be a role model for the people. Because his life is this... Football and family. Family and football... There is nothing else."

Messi to Zidane: “Scoring a goal in the World Cup Final is the best thing ever, right? Both of us can say that.”
