Taking to social media, Mihlali Ndamase, shared shared a video of her exercising at the gym in Cape Town while wearing a pink gym outfit. 

While exercising, she turned her butt and it went viral, becoming the talk of the town. According to South Africans, they said she got the worst BBL plastic surgery ever.
