40 students of Morehouse College Atlanta, USA, took Igbo names as they claim ancestry to Igboland. 

They disclosed that they traced their ancestry via a DNA test conducted on them. The name-giving ceremony was today performed at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, UNN.

They’re always welcome home

As the 40 Americans journeys back to their ancestral home today, we say to them Nnọọ nụ ụmụnne anyi.

Haiti have done the same last year in Enugu state. Today’s American Igbos coming back to their Igbo root.
