Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Journalist confirms rapper, AKA Worldwide, has died after being shot dead on Florida Rd in Durban, South Africa.

Taking to social media, a popular South African journalist, Se-Anne Rall, confirmed that AKA (Forbes Kiernan) has passed away. 

According to her, the rapper died on the scene of the shooting. 

She wrote: “Police have confirmed that South African rapper Kiernan Forbes known by his stage name AKA has been shot dead in Florida Road, Durban. 

Reports suggest that he was shot 6 times outside a nightlife venue.

“Patrons at a nearby restaurant say he had been standing outside when he was gunned down. He was the only person shot – according to those at the scene.”

Taking to social media, a South African source, shared the video circulating saying that popular South African rapper, AKA, has been shot in Florida, Durban.

He was shot at exactly 8:00pm (South African time).

If he’s dead or alive, such information hasn’t been ascertained at the moment of filing the report.

The source wrote: “Guys AKA just got shot and killed in Florida Rd Durban.”
