Illegal foreigner from Zimbabwe arrested in Midrand wearing full EMPD uniform on Wednesday morning.
Five Zimbabweans have been arrested for extortion & kidnapping by the @JoburgMPD. Suspects were pretending to be Taxi Asso patrollers affiliated with PRS taxi Assoc in Pretoria.
They were extorting money from motorists giving lifts to hitchhikers. Police say all men are from Zim.
