According to information, they were named after South African historical warriors, P1571 SAS Sekhukhune, P1572 Adam Kok and P1573 SAS Shaka

African Chart Zone reports:  “The South African Navy has commissioned its first of the three South African-made Multi-Mission Inshore Patrol Vessel.
