Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that No arrest made after Hannah Grace Cobb unalived Telbo Rackins after he pointed camera to another black girl dancing at the club.
At approximately 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, deputies responded to reports of a shooting and arrived to find 30-year-old Telvin “Telbo D Rackins” Osborne in the master bedroom, having suffered a single gunshot wound to the chest.
