The victim was identified Engineer Israel Abas Angas in the right place.
According to the victim’s child in the hospital, it is said that the victim was crossing the length of the highway riding his white SUV Toyota Fortuner, when it approached the said place, he was suddenly shot by an unidentified culprit riding in tandem criminal reason for him to get many bullets.
The first responders tried to bring them to the nearest house for treatment but the attending physicians already declared that they were dead on arrival.
