
Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that footage shows it was not an accident as Freddy Mireles unalived his best friend, Julio Cesar Soto Jr, while they were singing in Edinburg.
A man accused of a fatal shooting in Edinburg was arraigned on a murder charge Monday afternoon.

Deputies responded to the shooting at the 4500 block of Fe Drive in rural Edinburg at 9:22 p.m. Sunday, where they found Soto inside a residence with a gunshot wound to the head.
Three witnesses at the scene provided their statements to authorities, stating that the Mireles and Soto were filmed singing together when the accused gunman opened fire.
According to the witness statements, Mireles left the scene of the shooting with an AR-style rifle and drove off in a red suspect vehicle.
Investigators were able to locate the suspect vehicle and Mireles at his residence, where he was arrested without incident.
