Robert Ervin, 20, Kayvon Warren, 30, and Lamar Morris Suggs, 22, now face charges for the murders of India Kinamore and her unborn child, Colerain police announced Thursday.

India Kinamore was 26 and pregnant when she was killed inside her Hiddenmmeadows Drive home on March 4, 2023.

She said India Kinamore and the father of the unborn child, Warren, were together when the 26-year-old died.

“On the videotape from the surveillance from the apartment, you can hear my child screaming every time she got shot,” Terri Kinamore described.

Prosecutors say a complex investigation yielded cellphone records and location evidence pointing to Warren, Ervin and the alleged gunman, Suggs, orchestrating the murder.

“At some point, the evidence that has been uncovered was that he [Warren] wanted her to terminate that pregnancy,” prosecutors said in court. “Ms. Kinamore was scheduled to be induced the same morning as the murder.”
