Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Erwin Licuben Faguinney identified as the suspect who unalived Axle the dog by beating it.
Information reads: “Erwin Licuben Faguinney…yan pangalan ng gumawa. A local resident of Sadanga, Mountain Province, ex Councilor of Sadanga last 2013-2016 and currently employed as LGU rescue vehicle driver.”
The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) has officially released a statement in line with the brutal killing of pet dog Axle.
According to its statement released on Wednesday, December 10, PAWS emphasized that it is ready to fight and bring justice to Axle’s death caused by an unnamed driver from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sadanga.
To formally pursue its fight for justice, PAWS is seeking the attention of the people who witnessed the ruthless act against Axle on December 4.
PAWS is also looking for the owner of the CCTV footage that captured the incident to formally proceed with a criminal case.
“The criminal case can only proceed with the help of witnesses or those with personal knowledge of the crime. Anyone who personally witnessed the incident or has direct knowledge can still pursue legal action by filing a case,” PAWS explained online. “CCTV footage on its own will not stand or be admissible in court unless its source is determined and its authenticity is established, including confirmation that it has not been altered.”
