Robert Kind identified as the suspect who unalived Matthew Tyler Snook

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Robert Kind identified as the suspect who unalived Matthew Tyler Snook.

Rahman Rose, the 44-year-old man identified as the gunman who fatally shot Delaware State Police Cpl. Matthew “Ty” Snook at a Wilmington DMV, fixated on gangstalking conspiracies in the days before the Dec. 23 attack, according to multiple online reports.

Rose, a Wilmington resident, entered the Karen L. Johnson Division of Motor Vehicles at 2230 Hessler Blvd. around 2 p.m. as a customer and approached Snook from behind at the reception desk, where the 10-year veteran trooper worked an overtime shift. Authorities said Rose fired a handgun at Snook, who pushed a DMV employee to safety and urged them to flee as additional rounds struck him. Snook, survived by his wife and 1-year-old daughter, died at a hospital.

Rose allowed customers to exit before opening fire on arriving officers, prompting a New Castle County police officer to shoot him fatally through a window. A second trooper suffered minor injuries; two women sustained non-gunshot wounds but required limited treatment.

In the hours leading to the rampage, Rose posted online about gangstalking — a belief in organized harassment by networks of stalkers. No official motive has been released by Delaware State Police, whose Homicide Unit continues investigating. Gangstalking claims often link to persecutory delusions, according to experts.
