A popular American store is named after ‘Hushpuppi – Hushpuppies’

Do you know a popular American footwear store is named after Nigeria’s popular Instagram influencer, Ramoni Abass, popularly known as, Hushpuppi? – The only difference is the plural form ‘ies.’

Taking to his Instagram page, Samlarry Eletu, shared a photo of him standing at the front in Dubai of a popular footwear store, known as, Hushpuppies. 

‘Hushpuppies’ is an American contemporary and casual footwear store for men, women and children. It has many branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, India, etc. Nigerians who don’t know about the store were in shock after Samlarry shared the photo.

Nigerian popular influencer, Hushpuppi, has been in the police net in the US for months following his scam/Internet fraudulent act. He was arrested alongside his partner in crime, Woodberry.
