According to speculations, Curtis James Jr, killed his wife after she cheated on him with his co-worker, Tahj Johnson, at Ingalls Shipbuilding.

Tragedy unfolded Friday morning at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, MS, when 25-year-old employee Curtis James Jr. of Mobile, Alabama, fatally shot his coworker, 28-year-old Tahj Johnson, aboard a Navy vessel under construction.

The shooting happened around 7:30 a.m., forcing the shipyard into lockdown with thousands of workers on site. By 9 a.m., James was taken into custody without further incident.

Investigators believe the shooting may have stemmed from a workplace dispute earlier in the week. The weapon has not yet been recovered, and no other injuries were reported.

Employees were sent home with pay, and grief counseling is being offered as the investigation continues.
