CNN International Correspondent Larry Madowo’s tweet reporting about a large section of Africa relaxed to mourn Queen Elizabeth II has been reported in Germany.

Larry’s tweet that had a live footage of him reporting for CNN from Nairobi was captioned: This is why some Africans refuse to mourn Queen Elizabeth’s death. My CNN live report on colonialism, fairytales and the Mau Mau.

Twitter however declined to delete Larry’s tweet after investigating the reported post.

“We have found that it is not subject to removal under the Twitter Rules or German law,” Twitter wrote to Larry
