Divine Resort and Spa gets sued after leaking pictures of Zari Hassan and her young lover, Shakib Cham

Ugandan, South-Africa based business lady Zari Hassan has placed Divine Resort and Spa on the spot for breaching their alleged inluencer-marketing contract. (Read More Here).

Zari, together with Shakib Cham, her young, well-built and good looking lover, took photos meant to be used to market the Ugandan resort, on condition that she verifies photos, anytime before being used by the facility.

The seemingly untamable photographer went ahead and published all photos taken of Zari and Shakib on the resort’s social media page, without her direct consent, contrary to the contract.

Zari has now been forced to terminate her contract with the resort with immediate effect, asking them to pull down any images of her from their social media pages.
