Godwin Emefiele collapsed at Federal High Court, Abuja today.
Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court Ikoyi, Lagos strikes out the two count charges bordering on possession of firearm against suspended CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele for lack of deligent prosecution.
Emefiele’s arraignment over N6.9 billion alleged procurement fraud has been stalled due to the absence of the second defendant.
The second defendant, a female CBN employee, Sa’adatu Yaro, was not in court as she’s said to be indisposed
