After much drama over the last few weeks between the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki and his former party, APC(All Progressive Congress), he finally defects to the Peoples’ Democratic Party(PDP).
Governor Godwin Obaseki has taken to his Twitter page with joy to announce that he had officially joined the Peoples’ Democratic Party(PDP). The event was held today at the State Secretariat of the PDP in Benin City, Edo State.
Obaseki wrote: “I have officially joined the @OfficialPDPNig to advance my ambition to seek re-election as Governor of Edo State.
I, as always, remain committed to engendering good governance and sustainable development to our dear state”.
