La Corte le negó a Uribe su petición de prohibir la serie.
Matarife seguirá en todas las plataformas digitales y su esencia no fue afectada.
Daniel Mendoza wrote on his Twitter account that Uribe’s lawyer “is spreading a resounding defeat disguised as a victory. He lost. He didn’t win anything. He couldn’t download the Matarife series. He couldn’t stop me from spreading it. I don’t even have to take it back. And the Matarife can be told what it is… wait for my statement tomorrow.”
This means that the defendant Daniel Mendoza, with his lawyer Juan Trujillo Cabrera, have asked the Court that the sentence he handed down last week regarding the so-called “Matarife” case be partially declared invalid.
