Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo has ordered the closures of all non-essential markets in Lagos state for 7 days.
The closures of non essential markets will be effective from March 26, 2020.
In his public press video, he said:
“All markets and stores, except markets that are selling food items, water, medicines, pharmacies, medical equipment or other related essential life saving products will be closed”
– Governor of Lagos State, Mr Jide Sanwo- Olu orders the closure of all markets and stores in Lagos State except markets that sell food, water, drugs and other essential life saving items from Thursday 26th March, 2020 for 7 days.
