Minister Pakishe Aaron Motsoaledi is signing waivers that would allow ZEP holders, who would not qualify for visas under the Immigration Act, to apply for visas/permits.

The minister is unlawfully giving Zimbabweans another opportunity to take South African jobs and destroy South Africa, this is an act of treason by the minister.

The Department of Home Affairs has come out guns blazing, claiming its fake news, however, they admit that the minister has signed thousands of unlawful waivers for now illegal Zimbabwean foreigners.
