NCDC confirms first death of patient to COVID-19 in Nigeria.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control – NCDC has revealed the death of one patient of COVID-19 in Nigeria.

According to NCDC, the first person to die of COVID-19 in Nigeria was a 67 year-old man who returned home after medical treatment in the UK. 

NCDC further added that the deceased had underlying medical conditions, such as: diabetes and multiple myeloma and was undergoing chemotherapy.
