Nota Baloyi and DJ Shimza Raphala are at Johannesburg High Court over defamation of character lawsuit

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nota Baloyi and DJ Shimza Raphala are at Johannesburg High Court. 

According to information, DJ Shimza had sued Nota Baloyi for defamation of character. 

MM Wrote: “Nota Baloyi and DJ Shimza Raphala are at Johannesburg High Court.

“This comes after DJ Shimza filed for defamation of character against Nota Baloyi.

“Nota Baloyi said DJ Shimza inappropriately benefitted from tenders where the Public Finance Management Act wasn’t adhered to.”
