(PHOTO) HURRAY: President Buhari appoints Farouk Yahaya as new Chief of Army Staff

President Muhammadu Buhari, has appointed Major General Farouk Yahaya as the new Chief of Army Staff. The appointment came after Ibrahim Attahiru lost his life in the Beachcraft 350. 

Taking to his Twitter page, President Buhari’s aide, Bashir Ahmad, announced that the president has appointed a new man as the Chief of Army Staff. He goes by the name, Major General Farouk Yahaya. 

Bashir Ahmad revealed: “Major General Farouk Yahaya the newly appointed Chief of Army Staff (COAS).”
