Ssemujju was in Dubai, Algeria on same day!


On 3rd of May 2023, Kiira Municipality MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda got paid for 2 per-diems, 27m and 18.9m respectively. 

He was apparently in Dubai and Algeria attending 2 workshops at the same time.
