A man, Mitchell Phillips, was shot in the back inside a barbershop near E 79th St in Chicago. Two male suspects wearing ski masks fled the scene. READ MORE HERE

The victim is conscious and breathing. Spent casings were found inside the barbershop.

Authorities are investigating the incident and pursuing the suspects.
