Nomfundo Palesa Tyler Khumalo, 14, was allegedly poisoned at her school in Midrand on 8 April 2024. She passed away due to her injuries on 25 April 2024. 

At this point, the family has no further information on why or by whom their daughter was murdered.

 A murder case has been opened, and investigations are underway. We are heartbroken over the loss of such a beautiful soul. Fly high, little Sister.
