Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Trish Eubanks arrested after she assaulted Josie in Paragould.
Paragould woman is being held behind bars after police said she assaulted a 16-year-old girl and threatened to shoot another person.
On Oct. 31, officers responded to a physical altercation on Lexi Lane.
When police arrived, according to the affidavit, they found the teen victim suffering from “multiple serious injuries to her face and head.” The child was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Detective Sergeant Jacob L. Higdon said investigators conducted numerous interviews and additional information that 41-year-old Trish Eubanks “threatened to shoot one individual, caused serious physical injury to the 16-year-old female, and caused physical injury to another male on scene who was trying to separate the parties.”
According to the affidavit, Eubanks “provoked the situation and did not remove herself from the situation while having the ability to do so.”
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Eubanks was booked into the detention center at 12:11 p.m. Monday.
