A pregnant COVID-19 patient has welcomed a baby boy at the Gbagada Isolation Centre today in Lagos; Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced via Twitter. He also added that both the mother and the baby are doing great.
He wrote: “I bring you great news from our Isolation facilities. Today, a pregnant #COVID-19 patient was delivered of a baby boy at the Gbagada Isolation Centre. Both mother and child are doing well”
In another news, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced that 67 COVID-19 patients have recovered and they have been discharged after testing negative for the virus.
He added that out of the 67 patients, 22 are females while 45 are males including 3 foreign nationals(Two Indians and one Chinese).
