Sello Papa Khumalo is wanted by police after skipping bail, Khumalo was granted bail by Welkom Magistrate Court after defrauding people in Winburg, Welkom and Thabong who were selling vehicles on Facebook market place.
It’s sAlleged that Khumalo was sending his victims’ fake bank notifications via cellphones, then the victims will hand over the car keys and papers. Anyone with information can contact Constable Siyabonga Bawuthi on 083 721 2918 or 076 791 5645.
