They are :

1. Rwanda: Nigerians can travel to Rwanda first without visa but apply for visa at point of entry at their airport for just $100

2. Morocco 

3. Cape verde

4. Djibouti 

5. Kenya: same thing which applies to Rwanda, applies to Kenya too

6. Sudan

7. Uganda: same thing which applies to Rwanda and Kenya, applies to Uganda.
