Arise TV anchor Rufai Oseni arraigned in court, found guilty of contravening transport laws.
According to the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, Rufai was fined seventy thousand naira, he made the payment and his vehicle was released to him
