FOX13 arrived around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to a large police presence at a BP gas station near Winchester and Hickory Hill roads.
Memphis Police (MPD) said officers arrived to find two men had been shot.
One of the men died, while the other was taken to Regional One Health in non-critically condition and expected to be OK, police said. MPD also said that investigators were reviewing video.
