Honorable Emma Theofelus has officially become the youngest member of parliament and the youngest deputy minister of information and communication technology in Namibia’s history at 23.
Emma Theofelus holds a degree in Law and also a diploma in African feminism and gender studies. She was recently sworn in as Namibia’s deputy minister of information and communication technology.
