Nigerian food vlogger, Kikifoodies, has dropped a new video on how to make or prepare Perfect Spring Fried Rice recipe.
In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to make or prepare Perfect Spring Fried Rice. A must try recipe at home.
Ingredients used:
* 3 cups rice( Indian gate sella basmati rice) boiled with:
* 1 cup chicken stock
* 1/2 bell pepper
* 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups water
* 3 medium chicken thighs(deboned) seasoned with:
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1/4 cup onion
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon ginger powder
* 1/2 cup fresh corn
* 1/2 cup carrots
* 1/2 cup red bell pepper
* 1/2 cup green bell pepper
* 2 cups shredded cabbage
* Spring onions
To get chicken stock:
* chicken skin and bones
* 1/4 cup onion
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon seasoning cube
* 1 teaspoon curry
* Few sprigs thyme
* 1 cup water
