Nigerian singer, Omah Lay, has won the most anticipated category at the 2020/2021 – 14th Headies Awards. He defeated Bella Shmurda, Oxlade and Tems to win the category for “Next Rated Artiste.”
Accepting the award, Omah Lay went on stage with Oxlade and Bella Shmurda. During his speech, he remembered the victims of The 2020 End SARS protesters; who were killed at the Lekki Toll Gate.
According to him, he says the memory still stays fresh. Brymo has won an award for “Best Recording of the Year.”
