Congratulatory messages are rolling in for President Elect, Joseph (Joe) Biden and Vice President Elect, Kamala Harris as they win the Presidential Election of 2020.
In a video, which is going is viral, Vice President Elect, Kamala Harris is seen as she congratulates Joe Biden via telephone conversation. Joe Biden will officially be sworn in in January 2021.
In the video, she said:

You’re going to be the next President of the United States of America.”
