Beyonce took to the main stage as she performed two of her songs, which happen to be Kobe Bryant's favourite. She performed: "Xo" and "Halo". Beyonce was almost brought to tears while singing at Kobe Bryant and Gianna's memorial day. Beyonce performed with a host of great backup singers, who were tremendous with their voices, tunes and co-ordinations. It was a big day for the Americans, due to the fact, Kobe is one of the greatest basketballers after Michael Jordan.
Performances also came from artistes, such as: Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera. Christina performed "Ave Maria" in an Italian tune.
