In the trending video, IShowSpeed is seen as he got scared by a skeleton like image or creature during his live stream.
He stood up and screamed while he flapped his meat (his big dick).

He spoke to his followers bandaged up in a hospital bed while in severe pain, raising concerns for his well-being.
Speed said: "I don't know what I have. I have been feeling s***, pretty bad.
"My eyes are puffing up, it feels like somebody is stabbing my eye with a knife and I have a headache.
"I wanted to give you boys an update because I don't know what is going to happen to me.
IShowSpeed continued with his health update, saying he had no idea what would happen to him:
"I wanted to give y'all boys (an) update because I don't know what's going to happen to me. You know what I'm saying? I want y'all boys to always be right there with me, until I die."
Speed has since travelled the world watching his idol in action and gained a huge following due to his unique personality.
The star, whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr, is currently in Japan where he watched Ronaldo's Al-Nassr play a pre-season friendly versus PSG.
Earlier today, IShowSpeed uploaded another minute-long video, in which he was seen with his right eye very swollen and revealed that he was being rushed into surgery. The Ohio native also stated that he was unaware of what was going on with him and added:
"My eye's puffing up. It feels like a stab. It feels like somebody is stabbing my eye with a knife. Boom, boom, boom, boom. And, I have a headache right in this area (the streamer puts his hand on top of his right eye and the temple). It's literally exactly like this."
