Federal government of Nigeria restricts entry to 13 countries with over 1,000 COVID-19 cases.

Federal government of Nigeria has restricted entry to 13 countries, which have high cases of COVID-19. This was reported on Government of Nigeria official Twitter page. 

Federal government of Nigeria has announced restriction of entry into Nigeria from the following countries:
1. China
2. Italy
3. Iran
4. South Korea 
5. Spain
6. Japan
7. France
8. Germany
9. Norway 
10. United States of America 
11. United Kingdom 
12. Netherlands 
13. Switzerland 
These 13 countries above have over 1,000 cases of COVID-19 domestically. 
Not just that, Federal government of Nigeria is also temporarily suspending all visas issued to nationals from the aforementioned countries. Nigerians who would be returning from the aforementioned counties will be subjected to supervised isolation for 14 days. 

The restrictions will come into effect on March 20, 2020 for four weeks subject to reviews.
