According to Sahara Reporters, its media revealed that Senator Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi had been in a coma since last week Friday following a complication from coronavirus.
"The source further disclosed that the former Oyo governor had a lung surgery since being rushed to the Lagos hospital(First Cardiology hospital in Lekki) but made no progress while his kidneys had also failed.
Doctors treating Ajimobi, it was reliably gathered, last Friday informed his family that his situation had defied every medical intervention and that only a miracle could bring him back to life," sahara Reporters revealed.
Former governor of Oyo State, Senator Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi died on Thursday at aged 70. May his soul rest in peace. Abiola Ajimobi finally succumbed to the virus on Thursday after being in a coma for a few days.
