In the video, Teluginti showed us how to prepare Miracle Leaf to dissolve Kidney Stone. He took us through a short cooking journey on how he prepared Kondi Pindi leaves; which usually help to dissolve Kidney Stones. 

Ingredients used:

1. Kondi Pindi leaves - Aerva Lanata leaves in English (an Ayuruedic medicinal plant)

2. Moong Dal - Yellow lentils in English

3. Vegetable oil

4. Mustard seeds

5. Chopped onions and green chilli

6. Crushed garlic cloves

7. Salt

8. Cumin/Jeera

9. Turmeric powder

10. Coriander leaves
