Nigerian Police beat and naked bus driver over refusal for more bribe in Owerri, Imo

Nigerian police are back with their usual harassment and unnecessary brutality. It seems the end SARS protests didn't have any effect or impact on them. 

According to a journalist who got the information from eyewitnesses, Emeka Bruno, revealed that a bus driver was beaten and naked over refusal to pay a certain amount of bribe. This terrible incident happened along Owerri-NTA road, Imo State. 

According to the passengers who were on the bus, they said the Nigerian policemen beat the bus driver because they wanted more bribe but the driver refused, hence, the severe beating. 

"Another case of police brutality along Owerri-NTA. Nigeria police beat and naked a driver for refusing to pay a certain amount of bribe. 

According to the passengers who were in the bus, the policemen wanted more bribe and the driver refused, hence the beating and public harassment," Emeka Bruno revealed.
