Ingredients used:

1. 2 large chicken breast 

2. 1/4 tsp garlic powder 

3. 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning or any seasoning of your choice 

4. 1/2 cup flour for dredging 

5. 2 tbsp butter

6. 1 tbsp olive oil 

7. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 

8. 1/4 cup chicken broth 

9. 1 cup heavy cream

10. 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 

11. Salt and pepper 

12. 3 garlic cloves
